I don't understand why they're not using the icons from the A200 platform for the main menu. They look great compared to what the Satio has at the moment! X

31 August is the latest date after the 28th September. If it is August then it gives them a slightly better chance of trying to rack up sales before the others come up with their devices.
In terms of an overall product the newly released Samsung doesn't match Satio so it looks good if the date is August 31.

Omnia HD, Pixon12, Iphone 3Gs and N97(the king) are already on sales

You're missing the point. The Iphone is just pretty UI, the Pixon is a non smartphone and the HD is the only one that stands up to Satio even with an 8 mp camera.
So, all of those phones (besides the HD) you mentioned don't stand up to Satio. Also your 'king', the N97 has a weak processor thus hampering its speed.
I'm talking about upcoming competition from Nokia, Samsung and LG not what you brought up as competition.
