For Sony because Nyp(h)on will be branded (or even developed?) as Sony or only because Sony bought out Ericsson from the partnership?

Well not only under the name of Sony but also under Sony's payroll. So they would be SONY employees and not SE as SE is 100% owned by Sony then. Including the staff.

No that was just a concept. The real nyphon is believed to be a smaller version of nozomi and in a metal casing. There was a picture somewhere in this tread
