@fragrance as i remember, u have a proto. compare d fw in d fone with d fw written on label next 2 d simcard slot. i would suggest 2 upgrade it with r4a fw. This message was posted from a R520

firmware version R1J was one of the first firmware versions for R520m, it was available for european market as well.
