Geezz, by just reading your posts, guys...makes me not to mess up with you cause you're all "smart". Even mobile companies surely can't keep up with you.
For a change, why not make you own phone...and called it "iMADE,myOWN" kind of a brand
(thank God im just enjoying my phone for what it can do...good for me)

Razec
cant believe i missed those, thanx for the info, i do see what you mean now. So we basicaly still dont have a smartphone that encodes/decodes full HD?
For me personaly though, as long as Satio plays videos in 640x360 and 640x480 at 30fps full time il be happy, but it would be nice to be able to just drag and drop HD vids into your smartphone and watch without a single glitch.
As for the clockspeeds of 1GHz and those punks who flood the GSMArena comments i just ignore them. I just dont see why Symbian S60 right now will need 1GHz, maybe Symbian^2 etc. . . .will but i think 600mhz is enough, they must just get a GPU that can actualy do HD.

As time passed so that we all reflect on shipped products being used more & more by end users, I'll have to agree with Razec's last post.

S60 5th Edition is a serious resource hog. I still have faith that Symbian^2 when hardened by end of this year will be compatible for OmniaHD, N97, and 5800 to improve performance. That is if the manufacturers support the upgrade on those devices. Also note that Symbian^3 should be functionally complete by that same time that Symbiain^2 gets hardened.

Is'nt the 3440 for HD ? http://focus.ti.com/general/d[....]gationId=12643&templateId=6123

I still don't wanna buy it even with sleeping mode and bookmarks if equalisers presets aren't back in the retail unit

I stand corrected. Great find & thank you.

Nitro Fan ... you and me both ... we're getting older and we want our money well spent, not just the initial honeymoon. After playing with my wife's iPod Touch 16GB ... I'm actually considering the iPhone ... but I won't purchase it; still to many things I'll loose even if jailbreaking it. But its appealing.

Any more news on the release date of this? and if o2 will have it.

I doubt it. O2 are far too in love with the iPhone to have any higher spec phone than it on their network. They dont wanna p**s Apple off and lose their exclusivity deal over it. I was promised a N97 by O2 when it was released, so i waited a further 8 months to be told they definitely wouldnt carry that or the i8910 HD.

So if you're interested in SE's 12mp offering, you'd probably need to get it from Vodafraud, or heavily branded by Orange.

I havent been on Esato for years, not bad, 1.2millon posts since then, i aint got the time to catch up.

Trust SE to screw something up that's for sure!

I hope it's not true. Now that I think of it, my P910i and P1i don't have equalizers.

What's wrong with SE?

the P1i has an EQ it is just not to adjust manually.
had 4 phones from SE (W800i,P1i,W902,W995i)they all had it, the W800i EQ was the best.

An equalizer is manual. Preset equalizers fall under 'preset equalizers'. For your information I've had the T610, K700i and the F500i, except the T610 the other two had manual graphic equalizers. I also have a W890i which also has a MANUAL GRAPHIC EQUALIZER.

My P910i and P1i have the presets which for my taste don't give me the kind of sound i get with a manual on my W890i.

I hate the limitations of a preset equalizer. Even my home AV system has a manual graphic equalizer, gives me the freedom of fine tuning my sound.
