@Boba You've just forgotten about the touchpad on display, that's bcoz the screen isn't so bright. About those digits: these are on the 6th and 7th place of serial number. I was hardly thinking 'bout those CB: maybe that was the early codename for both China and Malaysia. Anyone has malaysian T28 manufactured in 2000? What letters are there: CB.
BTW I have seen today girl with blue T28w, it's nice to see people who use eris even today in 2005 year, don't you think?

Hi Guys!
I'm back after a long weekend of fun with the recently held halloween party & performed at the office's band fest. So how was everyone's halloween gone about?
Anyway, going back to the issue of /// model which are dubbed made by ///. My guess is due to the fact that /// noticed that phones that were marked as made in malaysia or china was not favored the same way as those made in sweden, uk or any other country but asia., they perhaps made it look in general, meaning to say regardless of where the assembly points of these models orignated from, they were still /// made, these may had helped /// balance the stocked models they had so that consumer apprehensions would be minimized.
Even so, labor in asian countries was definitely cheaper that time so profit would be favorable in mass producing units. I even have a friend here from panasonic mobile & worldwide panasonic phones are now being assembled here in the philippines but are not dubbed as made or assembled in the philippines either.
The only /// i rarely see which had the "made by ericsson" mark on it, would be the R380, most were made in sweden, spain, uk or netherlands (i guess). Perhaps it had been such a ground breaking phone during its time & to maintain /// pride, it was never marked with "made by ericsson". What do you think?

Hi bleurdeur, There were only sc versions. Most of the R380sc units disbuted in China mainland were made in China with the "made by ericsson" mark printed, but I saw the some R380sc units sold to Taiwan were "Made in Sweden". Some R380s were made in Spain.

is not a T39!
It's a limited T28 !!!
cover looks abit like T29s but on the right size you can see the flip mechanism of T28s.
Sadly it's sold to someone from Germany. Not me and not killspam!
