Maybe instead of trying to give it all back at once why not pay it in installments? At least then they would both be getting something back bit by bit and it may restore some confidence rather than getting nothing at all.

lets just suppose brownlad doesn't get the money from from his supplier.. where is that then going to put Luke and Alec and whoever else is out of pocket??

its nearly common knowledge on here that me and time doesn't really go together... i do things at fatreg time not the gregorian calender...
anyway back to topic.. if he is going to ge the money back.. cant he get a loan or so until he has the money back.. that will urge him to push to know he own the loans people more and more money as the weeks go by.....

He can get a part time job, if he has no income were did he get his car from? Sell the car maybe, anything to show he WANTS to pay them back. Surely you have to have money in order to have a supplier. He has plenty of options it is just a case of picking one and seeing it through imho.
