Blooover 2 is only good on older phones, it's no good on newer phones because bluetooth security is now much better than before.

1) when press >*2) when press >*3) when i insert the earphone, no symbol comes at the top to say i had inserted the handsfree...

this make me feel like using FAR manager...but i'm scared...
anyone have the original folder for the FAR manager for w550i? like the setup or something...
or anyone know how to do the phonebook thingy?
i now need the phonebook search...thats all

As many other people have said, you'll need to use SEUS. Use that to update the phone and it should work. In my opinion, that is what you should have tried firstly, rather than waste money on taking the phone to some dodgy shop.
Do NOT use FAR manager. That won't help you fix your phone unless you'd already edited something incorrectly using it.
