If you email him again, confirm with him that he is sending it to you by RM Special Delivery. You are paying enough for it to be posted that way. It's then insured up to £500. Any other way ie Recorded, it is covered only up to the cost of 100 first class stamps ie £34.

or no1 would have been here to sign for it)
it seems to be a little more than week old howeer I am very happy with it except he didnt include the memory card or the datacable, im not too bothered about the memory card but have emailed him about te data cable

yer i know thats why i got it cheap, but he said it could pass as brand new which means including all accessories i would think, but nevermind I messaged him and we'll see what he says
does anyone know where i could get one of those data cables so i can debrand my phone...has to be genuine nokia

Why does it have to be genuine Nokia, the N95 just uses a standard mini USB...... There all the same apart form the ones you get with an N95 has the word Nokia on it oh and if you buy one it well be about 10 times the price of a no name one....
