ive been with them since 2002, so when i said i found a better deal for the k850 they dropped the line rental by half to £15/month for 18 months.
if you think im lying then you r more than welcome to..coz i dont lose a thing if believe me or not!

I ordered the phone and contract on Monday (8th), there was a mix-up and I was put on the wrong tariff - then yesterday I was told when I get the phone to send it back - now I'm told I should have the handset and sim on Friday and everything should be fine.

I asked to be put through to retentions and he told me that was retentions. I'm going to go back and read through this thread arm myself up with deals and then go back and if they don't budge... t mobile here I come.
I asked about them knocking money off my line rental and PAYING FOR THE PHONE and he still said that deal doesn't exist any more.

I put my order in on Monday and rang up today and was told there was no record of an order being put in for me and that i couldnt put one in now because of the backlog and that i should call back on the 17th
