Good luck. Yes the gym is boring but more fun if you go with someone to motivate. And pretty women to pervert over I had to be rushed urgently to my doctors this afternoon. I needed different or higher dosage of medication because it was not working i felt so unwell. Now i have taken my new tablets this afternoon and its already working i feel better. Amazing. But i am doing swimming when i feel better fully not going to overdo it yet.

I am feeling better thanks. My first medication never worked and i started feeling woozy and unwell. Now with new medication its working i feel normal again Changed my diet although its ok for the odd treat sometimes not to completely deprive yourself. Started swimming now too. Feel very sleepy more cos of medication especially in the mornings cos its slowing my blood pressure. But once i am up and out the shower i feel fine.

Know exactly how you feel. Takes me ages to get going in a morning with the tablets i'm on. Even worse when i have 5am starts and my daughter's been waking up every hour. Thinking of going back my dr's and speaking to them about changing to another type. I'm on Ramipril at the moment but don't feel any better. Just tired all the time and hardly any energy.

Oh my god I too am on Ramipril 5mg I feel normal during the day its just the mornings My dad is diabetic I am making sure I don't go that way but he is pretty healthy anyway now. His doctor said in Febuary he will be off tablets & onto insulin injections cos his pancreas is no longer making enough insulin. Now the doctor said the insulin injections will make him less tired thankfully. By the time he is home he falls asleep whilst watching the six o'clock news after his tea So I do help him out by doing housework

Exactly the same dose as me. I've heard from some of my customers who are on the same dose that have changed medication due to tiredness, dizziness etc.

I do get a little light headed sometimes but not much guess its the price we pay for not being healthy enough The first tablets I was on were Perindopril they were awful did nothing

Have you read the Wikipedia page on Ramipril? Lightheadedness is one of the side effects.
