when I was hvin troubles with my P800
I called them and said I'm hving troubles with my P800
the woman was all like "and is that a sony ericsson hand held?"
I'm like "well, it has been since DECEMBER!!" (this was in july)
the woman is like "oh yeah.. uhm.. which one was it?"
she was totally ignorant!!
and not just her
I always hv trouble when I call SE N.A. about a P800
I remember when I called them in january about it!!
nokia at least knew what they were doing
when I got my 7210 in october (last yr), I called them and I'm all like "yeh, I hv IR problems with my 7210" and the woman was all like "where on earth did u get one?"
she knew what it was
but she thought some retailer leaked and sold me one
