One more unsatisfied customer, yes i am !
i have the same problems and it seems there's no solution.
For information, when i try to backup the P900 with the included software, it works for the cellphone but not for the memory stick, this is really STRANGE !!!
I can synchronize all Outlook stuffs but in "My P900" i have the "not connected" icone !!!
PLEASE HELP US

I think it's a windows register problem.

I had the same problem that when reconnecting/restarting the phone, the connection didn't reappear.
After uninstalling en reinstalling my Nvidia nForce drivers it works again.
I can make backups again.
I hope this might be useful to at least someone out there.
I have nForce_5.10_WinXP2K_WHQL_international
