sbjg instead of being open minded i think ur being really one sided and not looking it at other ppls point of view. you just disagree no matter what anyone says! i have an e398, and i love it to bits except for the fact that it takes an age to transfer games.
i'd much prefer a p900, just for the fact i can't afford it. the large screen, the symbian, the wealth of programs, it'd be awesome.
What you need to understand is that the p900 is BUSINESS oriented (for people who have high paying jobs that want to pay a high price for a premium phone), whilst the E398 is aimed at the YOUTH market for teens/young adults who want a great phone at a reasonable price.
It's like comparing gameboys and n-gage for goodness sake.

Hmmm .... maybe, but I still disagree. Even you did not get my point.

Why is this topic a joke? They're both phones... They should be compared. Maybe the P900 is a better phone, and maybe it isn't Maybe they have similar feature sets and maybe they don't. But it is worth a look.

Now, I don't think this topic belongs in this forum, but it certainly isn't a joke. You people are too SE-centric. If someone is talking shit about SE, you act as if it is a personal attack on you! Get a life!

Just to set the record straight, I have had many, many SE phones and many not-SE phones. SE phones are my absolute favorites though.

Had a chance to play with this cool motrola phone in one of our phone dealers here and it's really a nice phone. I'm really not sure about this though but i don't think you can share videos and pics through it's bluetooth technology. SE phones are bluetooth genius and transferring files are always a breeze.

I think the real question is: does one want a phone or a phone + PDA? If a phone is all that is needed, the Moto is a good deal. But if, like me, you don't want to carry two gizmos, a SE is a great deal!

And to be frank, I really dont see any ground-breaking PDA capabilities in the P900. I still feel the dearth of good s/w for it. The only thing that makes it stand is maybe the touch screen and the ease of use. Most of the features except the "installing s/w" are there on other phones, except for the fact that one has to use the keys.
