I have now received another reg key from their support team but alas that doesnt work either even after installing and uninstalling the software and trying another download and both the automatic key and their new key. HOWEVER I have noticed something which may actually not only be the reason for this not working but may have other implications for me, although I hope note. THE IMEI number on the software when it asks for the reg key is not my phones? Can anyone help?. The number it has comes up the same with different downloads but is not my phones as per the box it came with and the *hash06hash way of finding out.

is this going to be a big problem for me masseur? i am tempted to leave things be and just do without the ezitap if that is the only problem i am oing to have due to the wrong imei number? i am about to register to the forum you quoted from but thought i would ask you this question first

I guess if the phone works in every other respect you don't need to worry about it, but its probably somethng you should consider doing when you have some free time and don't mind resyncing and reloading and other software you use etc
