Vanquish is in love with S700i.
But since S700i is rather expensive, he has done nothing but to bad mouth it and complain about it's price.
This is like a relationship that ends.
At first you miss the other person, but then you start hating it without really hating.
And that's what's happening with vanquish, he is in the "hating" phase.
Even his signature...
Man! Get Over It!

are being a bit stupid and trying to milk people for money.
i dont want the blasted phone - sure, if someone give it to me great, but its too big for me, and its too expensive. plus, the camera is not a turn on, i have a digicam that takes better pics by 10 x .
thats what i am trying to say - not that i hate
or the s700i, but that it is ridiculous.

Oh Vanquish, I've already said I agree it's overpriced. My point is that I remember when you were going on about how much you wanted it and couldn't get it, and then you're going on about how much of a rip-off it is, and everyone should get a separate camera and phone suddenly. A bit transparent, no?
And, no I don't think this is a commercially bad decision by
- they're running a business. Their job is to set the price point where it makes money and not where it is cheap enough for Vanquish to buy it. To that end, I think they have succeeded. It's just not going to bomb - especially not among the
cult following that is this forum!
