It was connected to COM3. I cannot change it to COM3 in Davinci software?....

Is it possible for you guys to add a test acct w/ no credit so we can test and read CID? (for some time TMS had that option.)

it will say power fone as you are not using a usb powered cable.
if you need credits or cables etc we are auth resellers of credits for davinci

Use the check button to scan for new ports.
The best way to install the patch is to copy the files manually as stated in install.bat file. I rebooted and when you do and run the davinci software with the phone off, try a read CID when it says power on the phone hold down the power button and watch the screen it should tell you it detected the dss-25. As soon as it appears let go the power button.

Hi, i have a dss-25 and an O2 branded k700i. Is it possible to unbrand it with the devinci software? i.e remove the start up shutdown screens etc so i am able update my firmware on the S.E website? I'm new to all this, Thanks.
