@whizkidd,
I agree that the good side is the more choices for the consumers. But it's a lot easier to choose between 2 to 3 devices than to choose from a lot, right?
Bad side is that, releasing too many at a time may mean that they (nokias) are not doing their research well as to what handset they should actually market. Nokias approach i guess is the numbers game.
