Hi. Hmmm on telenor when i try mm.yahoo.com then message comes site not found. When i try www.mm.Yahoo.com then message appears server busy. So i was un able to open it but i was just testing it other wise agile messenger rocks on 6600. Ufone also today drop rates to 2.99 rp to ptcl lines and ufone to ufone. but i am not clear that it include the inter connect charges or not because if it includes then 15 percent sales tax make a call of 3.44 rp per minute to ptcl as compared to telenor 3.99 plus sales tax that make it 4.59 rp per minute. Please some one tell i count right or not and better tell here the real rates including every tax that they charge in real. We will be great ful. Also tell the call rates of paktel mobilink and insta phone. Regards. umer.

Yahoo can also be signed in from your mobilink whether you have a GPRS phone or not. Its done by sms. And it can be signed in through Ufone on a GPRS phone. Sad that you are not getting it on telenor. Talking about new Ufone rates, dial their helpline and ask them to tell you the rates inclusive of all taxes.

I got a Nokia 9300 up on Telenor a week ago in Islamabad. GPRS is OK. I could also configure proxies for HTTP and HTTPS

I was in Karachi for 2 days and service was excellent.
The symbian putty app (for SSH to servers) also worked! But it was terribly slow. Some investigation found that the packets to the server in US was being routed through Australia. Go figure!
I am interested in getting other Symbian-based phones to test out some apps. If any1 cares to send me an orkut invite, it will be appreciated - my forum ID AT the google mail.
