How much do you weigh? If your pretty light then a smaller bench is ok. I just take creatine and protein powder as supplements.

I play ALOT of indoor cricket so the big bulky arms sometimes get in the way!

Nope the protein is pretty pure so I dont have any flatulence problems when taking it. Also you have the same stats as me ( height and weight) so I guess you have to train harder. At least three times a week.

i dont often keep count of weight, but in my routine i will flat bench 120kg as my top set and 50kg dumbells for my incline press.
but i would nt get hung up on the weight technique is a massive part. no point in lifting big weights if you dont do it right
