like 1CM shorter in length.

Well I think the P950 will be okay, it only needs to be smaller than the Nokia 9500 and HTC Universal, which it is. Also it needs to have a good battery life; a recent global survey said that battery life was the key feature people were concerned about (in relation to mobile devices) and a two day battery life was what was sought. I have faith in SE, I hope they don't rush the 950 given that it will have new h/w (3G & WiFi) and s/w (Symbian 9 & UIQ 3)

Why bother with the flip if it won't increase the size of the screen, or make more space for a larger keyboard!?!?!?
This better NOT be the P910 successor. It looks like a good successor to the S700 though.
