- got a small padded envelope but needs a bit more packaging to be able to safely send it me thinks...

I think try it again with a regular envelope and not a padded one, and make it like A4 so it can move around.
Although some may see this as an attempt for me to get more free biscuits, I can assure you all it's all in the name research, and if I have to eat the damn biscuits so not to waste them... then I won't hesitate in doing so...
