There are 2 new software updates and SE didn`t improve k800`s sound.
I`m very disappointed beacause I really like k800 except music player which is very slow even if you use hpm70.between k750,w800,w810,w900-k800 is by far the worst.
What could I do to improve k800`s sound????? or should I sell it

i don't find the k800i's sound quality to be worse than the k750i's...quite the opposite infact...my k750i'ssound was tinny, even after numerous firmware updates...

someone please try using hpm 82 with k800 and see if we finally get good sound..
btw there is a little improvement using only hpm 70 in my k790 after new firmware.
just hope hpm 82 sounds even better so we finally get what we wnted from our fones..
review will be appreciated

I`m an ex w800/k750 user and I can say there is a huge difference between w800/k750 and k800-especially if you use hpm70-.I`m very disappointed about k800`s sound.I want a good mutimedia phone(music AND pictures).I know that k800 is not W but k750 is K series and has much better sound than k800(also has megabass).Why Se didn`t upgraded just the camera and let intact that great sound fromk750???
I hope SE will come with solutions to increase k800`s output level.
I 100% agree with "k790/k800 sound quality SUCKS"

my k800 sound is good almost comparable to my previous w850i
, using same headset (HMP-70). MegaBass is not a big issue to me coz i never use it even on my walkman phones...

well the fone wasnt really made for excellent sound quality if you get gd enough ear buds which i have sound quality will be imence. if you want an mp3 player thats what the w series has been made for but the k800i can play many more formats then the previouse k750i i.e. mp3, wma, and mp4 so lets be greatful really. but lets face it its all a marketing scheme you will have to pay more money for the best product and u will allways want more
