It will not harm your phone. I realise you are a bit protective about your new toy which should have had the data cable in it, especially since it was only supposed to be a week old, but there!

It would be sheer madness to pay any extra to have Nokia embossed into a standard USB-Mini USB cable, I have one cable plugged into the PC and I use that for my
, XDA, Blackberry and charging up my GPS!!

yeah... mini usb!? does my eyetv, blackberry, gps, SPV and old digi cam...
no need for a original nokia one..
but i think me and AL3X has just schemed on msn...
