all i know is the W23 batch will b available by end of this month... cant confirm the exact date!!! and also it is 100% hiss free according to my source.....but the chinese input could b added in as well together with the new firmware that allow us to zoom the pic. not sure whether to zoom when taking pic or after. that's all i know at the moment. do tell us if anyone of u manage to get the W23 batch 1st. K?

i got it from a shop in Jln. Ampang somewhere in the 1st week of May.
it doesnt matter liao where i bought it!!! all the 1st batch set will sure have that hissin problem 1.

kucibubu...it doesn't matter where you buy because Ericserve will repair or replace defective units bought from anywhere in Malaysia. But I suppose you have to chose where you buy because from my experience not all sellers know when you ask them about "hissing problem" or even "production week".
psycho & markng...since both of you have had this phone for quite a while now, what's the average battery life? thx

Ok..not SE related but I just say the new Sagem phone..I don't know the model but its the one that ppl have been comparing with T610.
I didn't get to use it but I have to say it looks not bad at all. In fact, the screen is better than the T610 ( I believe its TFT). I asked the guy how much is it and he says RM1.7K.. which is more exp.. But since u guys haven't bought your T610 yet, no harm giving it a look before making up your mind.
