I called O2 on 08702410202 and they said they new nothing about the price increases! He even asked his boss! Are they deliberately denying all knowledge?

I got this leaflet which explains the new international charges with my bill last month. I have it with me but I don't know whether they increased the charge or not because I never caled international numbers before nor do I have the old tariff with me. So if any of you have the old pricing tariff then we can compare the two and see whether there is any increase

Right I can see the old charges here:
http://www.o2.co.uk/business/[....]dardcallcharges/0,,402,00.html
And the new charges here:
http://www.o2.co.uk/business/[....]wroamingtariffs/0,,601,00.html
Is it just me, or are they the same or cheaper? So how can people cancel???

@tbl
As you said the tariffs looks the same at least for the 'Standard International Calling Tariff'. But are you sure the first link is the old tariff because it looks remarkably same

Anish, I'm not sure. I done a bit of digging on google to find it.
If you just select international charges on the O2 website it doesn't display the standard rate charges anymore (this may be intentional), it only mentions the ITS ones.
Does anyone have a definitive link to the current O2 international charges? Hurry, May 1st is not far away!!

I found this link on the o2 website pretty much the same as your one but on a different page.
