T610 was a hit thats true, but it was also a lucky call. the knew from day one that there phone wasn't perfect, only STN and limited camera and memory. still the lauched it. ericsson never lanced the T36 they went for the T39. ofcourse the STN screen is cheaper and saves cost but i wouldn't have done that.
i'm hoping that they show a good new line up on the 19th april. cause the last ones, really got my doubting more about SE. there's nothing specail about them, there old news, still the best on the market but, nothing that "turns me on"
T28 stole my heart, after that i was going for the T36 but the canceld it and lauched the T39 which i didn't like that much, but then came the T68 and ever since that phone, no other phone from any brand got my feeling like i had the world in my pocket.
i hope SE is learing from this thread. so they can make the good old /// fans and the new SE fans happier

@bart amen! Sony has much to learn, so hopefully the fusion means the resurection of /// and not the end.

I agree with Bart. The T28 World was sweet. Small, cool, great quality and clarity. Fit in your pocket and the fairly large antenna gave it a personality.

I bought it in 1999, then gave it to my Dad, who is using it in Germany. It is still going strong. Has still first Battery. Was the American version.
