so if u had normal earphones from ur mp3 player (ipod) and they were 2.5mm but you had a 2.5mm-3.5mm, would it work in your phone??

that mod is great, but just like me, i think it WELL overdue for an upgrade. get the P990 or an W800/900/810 and use the free handsfree. then you can plug any ear/headphones you like. dont rush out and get the stereo cable just use a phono - stereo cable and flight mode

I bought a Creative HN-700 *active* noise reduction phones and I highly recommend them.
The bass reproduction is so good that is almost too good.

at home when using the headphones I use my sennheiser hd202 headphones. Out and about I'm still using the stock units but am planning to buy some sennheiser in-ear buds. I am sticking with sennheiser due to how impressed I am with the HD 202's.

I have some Sony MDR-E828LP headphones but they are no better than the stock SE units.
