that was realy great effort from you, and I'm sure it helped others a lot
what I suggest is to find a decent way to cover this space, either by sticking tape or some sort of melted plastic...
if that's possible plz let us know!

No... a P900 screen will NOT work in a P800
This is simply because a P800 does not have the underlying hardware to communicate with such a high resolution screen

Thank you for trying. I was just about ready to order a P900 cover and try for myself when i got the link to this thread.
To bad it didn't work. Would be nice with a new case. Well hopfully the P1000 will be worth an upgrade.
