I think everyone complaining about the p910 is making a big deal about nothing. Everyone is right, its nearly the same phone. It wasn't meant to replace or heavily upgrade the current phone, it was meant to extend the market availability of the P series phones. (specifically to asia and the US) But while they were at it trying to work out all the features the asian and US markets would require they threw in a few updates here and there to make the phone seem more current and less like a model that has been selling other places for months.
As for all the features everyone wants: why put all of your good features on one phone. Then there is no incentive to make multiple phone models. Not to mention that a phone with absolutely everything will be heavy, big and waste batteries like crazy.
So to sum this all up; get over it. Its just a phone. There will be better phones down the line.

I can't be bothered by p910. Of course i'd prefer this one over p900 if i didn't alredy have the latter. I think that's the whole point. SE probably doesn't expect p900 owners to buy p910, it's for the new buyers. I'll just wait for the real upgrade.

Well, I'm a P800 user who was pissed when the P900 came out... now it's the P900 users' turn.
Even at that, the P910 is still based on the same P800 platform... with all the features they actually promised on the P800.
Is it worth the upgrade from the P800? I'd say, yes. From the P900? Not really... unless you NEED (sarcasm intended) the 1GB storage capacity, and have extra cash lying around.
If I had tons of cash, would I buy it even if I had just bought a P900? Yes I would. Why? It's got features I want, and it's a
I realized that

is slowly learning from it's mistakes in the past.... so they're now releasing models with slight upgrades over previous models to intice new buyers to switch over... and honestly? It's working. I've never seen so many P800/P900 owners!!!!

Funny how SE is making a killing with their higher end (and very expensive) models over their lower end ones.
Soon, everyone will have an SE hybrid device... used Pxxx phones will find their way down the chain and hopefully replace low-end Nokia handsets...as new users opt for the newer SE hybrids.
After my initial frustration with the P800->P900 thing, I realized I'd rather have the markets flooded with different versions of

Pxxxx phones! This way, we can really use all the features of our phones... and know that the receiving party can enjoy the same benefits of messages we send!

What really pisses me off is the starving people around the world and the fact that so many people have AIDS in Africa. Now these are issues to really worry about! Rant over

Surely @jah... they are things to worry about
But definitely one would try to match the forum to talk about it.
Else, we will either end up talking about just a couple of things
or esato will diversify

I am less than happy after waiting a long time to get the P900 and in all fairness wrongly slagging off the manager in Phones4U on this forum when he did say there was a new P*** phone on its way! And boy how we all knew better!!!!! (I will listen carefully in future) Had I known SE were going to do this I would have waited for the new P910 and paid the extra, still thats life! and I did only pay £50 so I suppose I should have seen it comming Hey Ho

If you are going to be upset, nothing can stop it
When you get something else, you may still say - well it doesnt do this and that and all this isnt right
right?

Nah doesn't really. I have what i need with my P900 (till the p1000 comes out). Sure there are heap of annoying things it still doesn't do, but I really doubt the p910 fixes them.
I see it more like Windows ME. MS said it was better than 98, but the majority of 98 users didn't really care to make the upgrade.
