I think nobody should be talking about useless app and instead creat good app themself.... I really donīt like games very much but is that mean they are useless? No. I using Stowaway BT keyboard very much and undestand how usefull this app is for me. So is it useless? No it is not for me and maybe many others. Why start a thread about useless apps then...I donīt know but happy that developers are making the best to satisfy us all.

If you read my post a couple of posts before your you will understand, the benefit with this app is that you fast can toggle between always on and auto on/off with the internet button or the cam button. The app is simple and not perfect but it's free and it works.
When i wan't my screen to lit a long time i just press the internetbutton, when l'm ready i press agin. Much faster than to go to controlpanel!

Actually i installed the thing and it's not as bad as you say. First of all, "turnthelighton" is better than "backlight" because it lets you choose a button to freeze the light on and off. i use it when in my car, i just like my P800's screen to be on when it sits in its holder. Also when playing mobile othello or chess and on the net. To me it sure beats the walk into the control panel.
