Have you tried
Dreamsicle?
I don't have a W800 (just a K750), but I vaguely remember reading somewhere that these phone don't read the ID tags from AAC files properly, only from MP3's (or maybe the other way round).
Try using an MP3 file instead of an AAC file, or vice versa, see if that helps.

Cheers Jools. Downloaded that and it worked a treat, labels appearing and all.
Still love it....

I'm not too keen on Dreamsicle, just doesn't feel right.
The latest version of iTuneMyWalkman, however, is everything I need

Hi Goth
I did look at iTunemywalkman but from what I could see, it acts like the Shuffle in that it replaces the tracks with what you have in your playlist so if you've deleted your playlist.... Is this correct or did I read it wrong? I didn't get as far as downloading it as Dreamsicle seems to work ok at the moment.

I have to say that, having used Dreamsicle on the Mac and Disc2phone on the PC (work machine, can't help it. Yuck!) I've resorted back to moving files over manually in the Finder. With Findercleaner to get rid of the irritating little files it seems to work great now that I have the hang of where to put things.
I can't see that I'm missing out on any features by doing it that way but if anyone knows of any reason why Dreamiscle etc are better...

Give iTuneMyWalkman a shot, I'm sure you'll find that it's easier to maintain a playlist than to copy tracks manualy
I've found it really hand when I've needed to make space on the duo for something a friend's given me: I can just delete a few albums; copy the file; then, when I get home, copy whatever it was off the duo and resync to get back the albums I deleted.

Easy peasy
I've also noticed that the latest firmware (I updated with SEUS yesterday) reads the tags on AACs

One of my few qualms, fixed so quickly. Result!

I am wondering if any special software is required to download pictures from this camera. Using the OSX Bluetooth Browse Device, I cant locate the folder that the pics are stored in. Many thanks - Larry

Send them
from the phone
to the Mac instead via Bluetooth. Highlight a picture in the phone then go "More > Send > Via Bluetooth"
