i found 2 r250 pro ( both blue ). couldnt check them, cos one of its locked and the other shows at display when turned on " tampered ". what does that mean?

not sure about the price, just checked those. both are in still accepteable condition, but worn. batt seems ok, comes with desk charger. but as long i cannot check those with a sim card ( calls, vibra, batt condition ) i wouldnt go for them.
