why and who made those holes in the fones? such dummies arent that cheap afaik. all of them had own boxes, with ERICSSON text and logo on it.

Well, in the UK, dunno if it's the same for other countries, the Carphone Warehouse has dummies on display to give people a look and feel of actual phones. To stop people from stealing the dummies, they drill a hole in and have a wire connected so it can't be stolen.
