@boba - Why GET me a dead set/unit mate . . . when I can buy a cheap 2nd hand unit The price will be cheaper I guess . . .

@boba - The ONLY 'dead' that you can get for FREE at my END are: DEAD-cat and rat ! I am seeing some 'old' T28s at my end just for only less than US$ 45.00 !

its not normal for the keypad dome to loose its backlight effect at a quite early stage, we might manage to pull off something to eventually get it on & running again.

what's important is that your transceiver still works & sadly this is tone of he main causes for /// models to die out
