Here's some pics of the unused T36m I got:
The second one from sweden, arrived today, but it's sadly not a T36m.
The only thing that is realy from T36m is the flip.
The mainboard, cover and keypad is T39m, as you can see by the silver keypad and the grey printed ERICSSON-type
But funny anyway, that in sweden there must have been a servicepoint, which has used T36m flip as spareparts for a T39m.

You can see it from the outside anyway. Look at the pictures:
The first two are original T36m, the second two pics are the T39m with T36m flip.
T36m

T39m
silver keypad and darkgrey ERICSSON print on the cover

i have noticed also with my r320s euro fw, the standard start up is just the word "ericsson" and the r320s icon at the lower left portion.
most of the ericssons (t20s,r320s,t39m,r520) i have encountered (non euro fw) do have the standard start up of "eyes,ears,lips" animation with sound.
just an observation!
