Hm, let me think, it was years ago when i had my first t68m. It hanged and freezed at the beginning, as its usually at new fones, but as i recall, the fw was pretty good, it was actually the colour version of t39, r520 etc plus some new games and features, so the swedish master had already bug experiences in the mentioned models, so they fixed and developed those at t68m launch, at least imo. The ico grid was the big gun mainly This message was posted from a K750

this post was inspired by ( and dedicated to ) fatreg:

Eva Perón Bakelite Telephone

It’s entirely possible that Evita used a phone exactly like this one to exercise her formidable political powers. Made in Sweden by the L.M. Ericsson Company, this hefty Bakelite phone was popular in Buenos Aires in the 1940s. Found in Argentina and restored by hand, vintage phone has all-new wiring, a new microphone, a real rotary dial, and an authentic ring—no beeps or buzzes. Plugs into a standard jack. 6"w x 5 ˝"h x 7"d, 4 ˝ lbs.

The “reverse dial” indicates this (UK) Ericsson, Telephone N1071 was made for the New Zealand network - usually black, but they could be ordered in Chinese red, ivory or jade green.

@bart - Acknowledge matey !

So, a few hours ago (Sunday-Mall Day) . . I manage to get my 2nd T68m (original grey) . . . but since the casing is bit scratched . . . I decided to have it replaced together with it's - antenna cover/frame and keypad Unfortunately . . the GOLD one that I really wanted was NOT available for the nth time now so I opted to get the Arctic Blue one . . . I also replaced the keypad on my Grey T68m (i - firmware) with that fo the T68m one - would match now! The one replaced was transferred to the Arctic Blue . . . so all will like FRESH now but I still have that Gold cover reserved . . . for future replacement for either of the two . . .
