The first pic is too blue-ish.
Have you set the white balance to auto?
It seems it's set to "incandescent light".

Was that really taken in singapore ? the second language on that sign is in Tamil, a south indian language, i would be surprised to find something like that in singapore !
The first language seems like some north indian language or something.....
