Yep, afaik it's an us version of T18s. Well it doesn't charge:(. Bought it today with CHA-08 chatboard. Price - 2$ . It's sealed and wasn't opened. Flip was broken and repaired very bad. Glue is everywhere. Don't know works it or not. Battery voltage is 4V, while A1018s charger's output is 7.6V.
