I wouldn't like to buy one of these eBay-offers from Hong Kong since some of them have not more than 80% positive feedback which means that every 5th phone "get lost" somewhere. If it was a 40-Euro-deal I would just try it out and hope that the phone arives but the R290 is a little more expensive.
