Just ignore the provocation. If you do not respond then there is nothing to propogate the argument and thus there is no argument, just one person posting nonsense and making themself look foolish.
What exactly do you get by responding? You goad him with your responses and that only invites more flaming and so on. All it takes is for one of you to stop responding and the problem is solved.

I understand what your saying but when theirs constant name calling and patronising remarks,how can i simply ignore that?..Although i have tried that approach to no avail in fact it got worse...Believe me Scots this guy just doesn't know when to stop...he has got me to this stage now where i cant stay quite anymore..I more than anyone would like to see and end to this pettiness,i really dont have time for this.
