Are you sure, because im on the phone to them now and waiting to get my pac code, they guy on the phone was trying to tell me i cant becuse i dont call them numbers so i had a look on my online billing and proved him wrong

Well iv just managed to cancel my o2 contract at CPW, i got my upgrade in may to the N95 which i lost last month so is quite good i dont have to wait 14 months so get a new phone, now im just waiting for my pac code which im going to take to an o2 shop and get there simplicity contract till a hone what interests me comes out.
oo i do love terms and conditions some times lol

You can purchase a seperate £30 tarrif i you just want to use data, but both of the tarrifs can be added on to the paymonthly tarrif.
Regarding the cancelation of your o2 contract.
02 online or o2 shop
If you have made calls using 0870, 0844, 0845 numbers in the pass 3 months as o2 have made changes to the terms and condition, you are allowed to do the following
** cancel the contract with no penalty clause.
** You can upgrade early and start a new contract with the new t and c's
** have £100 credit onto your account and start anew contract (If you are happy with your new phone)
** or have £10 reduced on your bill (You will be moved onto o2 simplicity for the remainder of your contract.
*** note *** This only applies if you have old o2 contract (The ones where you dont get billed for 0870, 0844 and 0845 numbers. ***
If you have recently upgraded then you may have come under the new t and c's already.
Many people have said o2 cpw are differnent t and c's.
This is correct but the above still applies for cancelation of the contract only i beleive (dont quote me on this one)
** The reason why is becuase it has been mentioned on here, O2 was the only network to have free 08 numbers coming out of the bundle, but it was costing a small fortune to support them for free. many people were just buying the contract and just dialing 08 numbers.
O2 has now come in line with the rest of the networks in the uk and the rest of europe.
** I think o2 have been generous in what they are doing, as far as im aware no other network when they stopped the o8 numbers gave you this options. to be honest you just had a letter saying that it was changing and lump it (In so many words)
** note calling customer care on 0870 is free from o2 mobiles and has been for a few months now, so this doesnt come into place when you may have called them as a get out clause. **

Well just to clear a point...
I have spoken to o2 ONLINE and have had my contract cancelled and moved over to the SIMONLY 30DAY Contract... They have clearly stated that I can cancel this within 30days notice period, or connect to contract and agree terms.
Its good to be O2

However
just another point ** Regrading canceling your contract with o2 you ony have until 28th Sept 07 to do this. After this you will be on there new T and C's
Any way 0871 numbers are charged at 35p per min.
0845, 0870, 0844 are charged at 20p per min

Still I wanna do a complaints regarding my Bill anyway it's not fair ive been charged £26 for data when my mates have been charged £5 for Unlimited use or others £7.50 etc
£7.50 for 250MB is ok but my mates getting 1GB for £5 on Three and I know most of everyone else is getting this on T-Mobile for £7.50 too

** Im confused regarding your complaint tho.
Your other friends are on other networks, so why is that o2's fault?
o2's data is expensive and they are trying to do something about it, but it does clearly state on the web etc that its £3 per mb after the free bundle.
07755 and 07744 are different to 07740 and 07759
07755 and 07744 are 35p premium mobile rates allocated by ofcom.
07740 and 07759 are normal mobile lines
