i wish some sole in Sony Ericsson read these forums. Anyway, i have no chance except to wait. I have already changed 3 phones, also one of my friends in the department has the same problems. Besides the tech guy at the dealer checked out all the batch of shipments for a properly working unit (if he is telling the truth) and told me he failed to find one . What a funny business... they will make me switch back to Nokia again :{

you can do a total reset and then flash it again... but I doubt it will solve the problem....

are you sure?
T39, which uses the exact same firmware, have 4+1, and in all (newer) spec. for R520 states it has 4+1.... but sure... it can be just 3+1... haven't tested....
