When it gets to the point of them not caring Just Leave.
If they can't be loyal I say ferk em, I eas with T Mobile 11 years, it was originally Mercury 121, I only asked for a reasonable upgrade, but they would not play ball.
To be honest I think PAYG is the way forward ferk em with their contracts.

O2 when known as BT Genie were amazing many yrs ago I used to murder the wap and texts as both were unlimited! I never recieved anything telling me to reduce my usage tho. I left O2 2007 I think, data was the issue then to, lol and nothing changes today.
