I think you'll find that it is the ericsson half of the partnership that drives the actual technology in the phones. Don't forget that the t68 was originally a purely ericsson product. Sony have brought some marketing expertise sure and thrown in some product designers but I suspect that the core mobile technologies are mainly being fed from ericsson since they are the established experts.

Yeah sure you do. Which nokia phone are you comparing it to. And dont pick an old one. Pick one that competes with the 610. Have fun trying to load and run apps with Only 2 megs of memory.

if ud like to look at a java app/game there only like 63kb (thats the good ones) and unless you gonna have 100 on there u not gonna have no trouble fitting them. plus SE may make some sort of DUO attachment for the buttem (i wish...)
look at the 7250 and then look at the T610 and the T610 look way better Bigger screen more colours and a joystick at first glance i look at a 7250 and what do i see? a crapy purple design and a sales person trying to give it away for £50 LOL!!
i consider the SE phones more of DVD player not like nokia which i feel is more of a VCR.

Right on spot, with the VCR/DVD thingy. A VCR can record movies, a (normal) DVD can't.

I know that europe most of the time is long way back the Asian...like Japan. But SONY ERiCSSON is in the battle in the the same position as other telecomcompanies. They have at least 3 3G phone avaiable. TFT screen and 65K Colours. 40 polyfonic signals, and cameras with video compability.
I tried to look after NOkia ... and cant find anyone in the same match. Over there NOKIA is like the same like they are here in europe. 4K screens... have no polyfonicsignals phone with channels over 24. I mean, I cant under stand the NOKIA dominance at all? They not first with the technology ( except MMS i guess). Look at Z1010... That cell phone is just an european version of those that allready exists in Japan. SE is long a head motorola, siemens and others in europe.
I really hope that SE will get number 1 SOON!
And something about T610... It has an melody composer for MIDIfiles... isnt that cool...and what I know it should be having TFT screen...

Nah. I'm happy considering myself part of the minority, someone who has a better phone than others and gets treated better than Nokia customers.
