I got an ipod 40gb. i got a p900 with 128mb card.
the ipod is the best 400 pounds ive ever spent, the p900 cost me 150 pounds and a new contract. if nokia did a phone with as many features and a big screen i would buy that instead. 10yrs of nokia use makes me wanna go back to doing evrything from my thumb, not my whole hand, even two. but thats another post.
the phone and the ipod are great TOGETHER (helloo) itrip on my pod, fm headset in my phone, listen to the pod through the phone and take calls with no wires which is good on a bmx.
anyone who slates one against the other needs to go try fitting wheels to a tomato. time consuming and pointless!
shall we compare them both to my sony tr2 laptop just to get things going a bit more???

i have a p900 and i am now the proud owner of a gorgeous silver mini ipod as of tuesday
i love them both, if the p900 had a better built in memory to hold more songs then it would be perfect.
i could have bought a 128mb memory stick but i thought the mini ipod was more worthwhile
and i was right i love it to bits
anyone else got a mini ipod

ipod = battery life significantly shortened in 3 months, non-removable battery.
ipod Mini = "scratchy" phone jack, poor sound quality, witnessed a TV presenter from Tech-TV lost ALL his songs in his ipod mini while doing a segment on it.
P900 = 128MB limit on MS Duo
On the plus side, the ipod and ipod mini looks great and hence the "wow" factor. Who doesn't want one given the chance to own it?
The P900 is the most desirable GSM phone of it's generation on the market.

That losing songs problem has happened to me on my ipod too.
It can be quite infuriating.
