Okay heres the latest on this weird stuff. Maybe masseur or someone else can tell me whats happening. Firstly can peeps humour me and just check when they put in their reg key that the imei number it is showing is their correct one?
I have now tried the original key placed different orders got different keys and also received a new key from their support team all to no avail. I also just for the sheer heck of it typed in the imei number the software was showing i had and and got yet another key and still it is invalid. I dont think the number their software is howing for me is correct unless the few checks i have made are all wrong(on the box--- thequick method--- and looked under battery) and THEY are right .

I am still waiting for a new registration code. 20 hours since I mailed them. Should I remail them, or does it take this long?

it only took a few hours for me and would have been quicker if I had looked for their reply in my spam folder earlier

oops! I initially didn't read that far back! In my haste to reply I thought it was the normal registration code, sorry.

I haven't tried installing it yet though so I don't know if it'll work on my P905.
Will it work as a P900 or will I need to get a P910 code?

presumably your IMEI is unchanged so my guess is that it will work fine

edit: hmm... on the other hand if its the P910 firmware thats formatting it differently and reporting it differently to software then you may have a problem

sum up: you're guess is as good as mine
