Guys, its been my habit to keep track of the total mass i've pushed/pulled per workout. Next workout i'd usually add 50kg-100kg to the previous total, so it gives me something to aim for; i'd usually bench a few extra reps, do some extra dumbell curls or weighted ab crunches to achieve the target...

I do 3 sets of 12 - 10 - 8 reps and I increase by 5kg each set.
I occassionally add a fourth set which is 7.5kg less than my lowest and do a 321 rep.
For those that dont know what a 321 is.
It's when you do 3 full reps, 3 high reps, 3 low, then 2 full, 2 high etc...
try it out, i guarantee you'll be drained.
oh i'm 62kg, 5'10" (or 9)

hey, if anyone is into weight training or want to begin i high recommend you read 'SLy moves' by Rocky (lol i cant spell his real nmae).... you may laugh but im sure anyone out there who has read it will argee with me - quality book!!!!
Its got great exercises (from easy to hard ones) for all ages.... amle and female... also he gives advise on what to eat and when etc....
And try making teh protein cookies - yummy!

I don't do weights, do pressups, situps, somtach building technicques,chin ups/pull ups/ the pull ups where you grip the bar the other way round and hang for 5 seconds then pull up, burpees etc but wanna start using weights as im getting sick of the same stuff, anyone know any other good muscle building excersizes before i go to using weights
