lol this is silly
let me write a summary of the problem
the phone was stated to be in as new condition
" as new " means that the phone is used but is in brand new condition as in not one mark on the phone at all. we all agree on t his yeah?
your saying that the man from 02 knows how much the phone is worth?
wrong - have you ever seen a used t610 for sale in an 02 shop?
NO I DIDNT THINK SO M8, im an experienced trader and ive sold LOADS of phones and i can value that t610 at around 19 pounds, i just sold my as new one for 25 which had no scratches at all.
thirdly - you are offering a refund of 22 pounds which is minus your postage costs. and your moaning that you dont wanna lose out but your actually contradicting your self. its gonna cost coxy £5. 35 to post it back to you so why should he lost out? DUHHH

One point I've just though of - if you do a refund, you are also refunded the fee that was paid out too - whenever I've refunded someone via Paypal for a payment sent to me, the fee is refunded too, so I don't pay the fee if the money is refunded to the sender.

You say i've pissed you off then you go and follow my advice, see... it makes sense!
Like I said this is doing nobody's reputation any good and a refund is the best option.
@Bondie, no offence mate but she wouldn't need to defend herself if the phone had a proper description with half decent pictures.
