I quoted directly from your listing. You'll find my quotes are accurate and in context. It there is a mistake, it's in your text.

abs please stop trying to act stupid!

It seems as if you don't know much about ebay so I'll explain.

After a bid has been placed you cannot edit the listing.

You can only ADD to the listing.

Even though the highest bidder acknowledged that he knew what I meant, I STILL added to the listing, IN CASE there is any future misunderstanding.

What you add goes to the bottom of the listing and says ADDED

Do you understand now?

You like to quote certain text, but not the big picture.

I understand *perfectly*; you're listing a used phone as new.

Just like you listed a used SD card as new (and look where that got you!). You even tried to make out the other guy was at fault.

Which bit do you think I don't understand?

you do not understand that I have tried my best to attempt to clarify the situation.

What you are quoting is from the past, something that I was not able to change.

You are failing to acknowledge that I also added to the description to help clarify.

edit:

"note: this phone is As New. It was used for a couple of days, is exactly as it should be out of the box.

BONUS: I've included a BRAND NEW charger now with the phone so all of the accessories are brand new and unused. There will be NO extra charge for using paypal. No 4% to be charged."

I added the above as advised yesterday.

I accept you have tried to clarify.

And I hope in future listings you will try to be very clear (in my experience, the clearer a lisiting is, the less come-back there is).

Item Condition

Items described as "new" or "used" help buyers and sellers understand more about item listings.

Guideline for describing an item's condition as "new"

An item can be listed as new if it's unused, fully functional and has no signs of damage or wear.
