Thats wat happen n my case i have R5C and my phone always hang so i consulted one personnel from SE service cntre her(phil) about my prblem with the phone and he advices me to try dat software(R6A) so nto it! At last dat hang up prblem was finished! So i guess its tym for u try wat i did! But its still ur own dcision!

Just updated from the original T68m ->i software (R2A... or whatever it was) to R2F004. Have had a couple of crashes since, which i never had in the old software!!! Gonna give it a couple of days, see if it continues to happen, but my warranty runs out next week some time. So i haven't long to fix it!
Words:
If it ain't broke don't fix it are beginning to spring to mind
